Buying locally grown food has many benefits, more than just nutrition!
Our A2A2 Jersey cows are milked by machine with an in-line filter. The milk is then immediately jarred into half-gallon jars and rapidly chilled in an ice bath so that our share-holders receive the freshest milk that we can produce. We source as much of our needed supplies and feed from local producers and suppliers so that we too help support local small businesses and other farmers.
