Welcome to the Aging Laboratory ! Population aging is a major challenge faced by the U.S. health system, with many older adults, especially those with dementia, requiring long term care. To conquer this challenge, the Emory Aging and Methods Laboratory applies advanced statistical methods and state-of-the-art machine learning to examine the staffing, quality, disparities, and policies in nursing homes.
