Air Apparent is owned and operated by husband and wife team Randy Kirgiss and Colleen Quinlan.
Randy has been flying for over 38 years, with his first flight as a pilot in 1986. He spent 24 years Active Duty and another 10 years as a civilian flying helicopters for the U.S. Army. Since then he has been flying EMS helicopters.
