We are committed to ecology , recognizing that every action impacts the environment. Ecological considerations are central to our work, and we view the resource chain holistically, within its ecosystem and usage.
Our first initiative is selecting the finest oaks for cooperage, aware of the resource's fragility. Not all wood meets cooperage standards, so we developed a secondary activity producing oenological wood — Staves and Chips . This ensures the entire tree is used, avoiding waste and promoting sustainability.
