If you or your family member have had internal cancer or leukemia within the last 65 years (even if a family member is deceased) or if you get cancer and were physically present at either Pacific, South Pacific / Marshall Islands - Bikini Atoll, Enewetak Atoll, Johnston Atoll, Christmas Island or South Atlantic in addition to Nevada Test Site / Mercury Nevada or Trinity Test Site / Los Alamos New Mexico during one of the following atmospheric nuclear tests or within six months after the said test.
