The American Third World Academic Foundation (ATWAF) was founded in 1996 in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, as a non-profit entity dedicated to education. ATWAF is the charitable arm of the Morgan Group of Companies. It is funded and sponsored by MGC. In addition, ATWAF receives donations and grants from like-minded individuals and organizations that believe in its mission.
