Description: Back The Blue NC, Inc. is dedicated to honoring and supporting North Carolina Law Enforcement Officers, with a special focus on those who have fallen in the line of duty and their surviving families. We aim to serve the families of these heroes, advocate for their legacy, and provide much-needed support to law enforcement agencies across the state.
WHO WE ARE
Back The Blue NC, Inc. was founded in July 2020 by a former Law Enforcement Detective who saw the need for our state's Officers to be supported in the midst of the "Defund the Police" movement.
Back The Blue NC, Inc. started as a Facebook group to help unite our North Carolina Law Enforcement Officers, families, and supporters. After immediate tremendous growth, it became our goal to support and honor the men and women in blue through community events and fundraising. Then on September 10th, 2020 NC lost the first Officer since our formation - Deputy Ryan Hendrix of the Henderson County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Hendrix was shot and killed after responding to a reported attempted vehicle break-in,
