We are a full service and real estate can development company founded in 2002 representing both buyers and sellers. We’ve built approximately 200 homes and townhomes in the Spearfish/Whitewood/Belle Fourche area and have a variety of floor plans. I also have a number of vacation rental homes up Higgins Gulch (see below) and 2 motels, both short and long term.
