Serving Northeast Tennessee, and as a preferred vendor the Tennessee Film Commission and for large national events such as the Overland Expo, Bruneau’s has a strong reputation for serving awesome food and providing stellar service.
Bruneau’s was established at the beginning of the mobile food truck wave as one of the original food carts in the very popular mountain town of Bend, Oregon. Recently relocated to NE Tennessee, Bruneau’s specializes in serving Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks and Traditional Greek Gyros (with Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options). But, for Select Catered Events we will finely tune and craft a Mouth Watering Menu that goes well beyond serving our tried and true famous sandwiches
