Description: Among the large selection of books, audio books, e-books and DVDs, the Charles B. Phillips Library offers a wide variety of programs and services. The service includes color photocopier, color printing, fax machine, public computers with internet, Wi-Fi, computer assistance, interlibrary loan and local history.
