… an art form, a dance, a reminder that only change and challenge are certain. No magic set point, no auto pilot button. Collaborators are the tailors who choose the fabric, sew the seams, mend and repair. They are the plumbers and pipe fitters who measure and manage the flow of energy and movement. Collaboration is what I continue to learn and experience. Collaboration creates capacity.
