I am a Zen teacher offering spiritual counseling, workshops, individual teaching and retreats based on years of Zen training and work as a transpersonal psychotherapist, Big Mind Facilitator and Somatic Experience practitioner.
I believe that all human beings are born with an innate wisdom and compassion that can heal our psychological pain. Every one of us is already an awakened human being, only most of us have not yet realized this truth.
In my view we all have the opportunity, to realize this truth in this lifetime and to assist others in doing so as well.
