dcomp.us - D-Comp – Organic Residue Decomposer

Example domain paragraphs

D-Comp is liquid microbial product that has been designed to degrade organic matter and fibrous plant compounds using over 65 different strains of bacteria and fungi. Whether D-Comp is used to accelerate the breakdown of dry manure piles or crop residues, the product uses the same mechanisms for both.

The product can be used to treat organic matter at the beginning of the season in the spring or any other time during the growing season until the soil gets cold in the fall.

D-Comp uses biochemical processes that nature utilizes in undisturbed places such as forests to biodegrade plants. First, microscopic fungi strip lignin off the outside of the fiber molecule. Then other fungi and bacteria ferment the cellulose, pectin, xylans and other complex compounds from the interior of the fiber molecule to simpler sugars. The sugars are then utilized by other groups of microorganisms to generate organic acids that are sequestered by photosynthetic bacteria and fed to living plants dur
