Tulsa was once considered "The Oil Capitol of the World". We are known for our location on the famous Route 66. The trial field is located within a mile of the highway. Our downtown has seen a rebirth over the last decade with the addition of the Woody Guthrie, the Bob Dylan, and the OK Pop museums. We are a downtown of old and new with several art-deco designed building and new multi-story structures. We house the Philbrook museum, the former home of one of the members of the Phillips Oil family. For those
