EAST BAY LIGHTS EDUCATION CENTER
ALL MUST SURGE BUT THE YOUTH MUST SOAR Started in 2014 as a grassroots initiative, we are a group of youth, parents, friends and neighbors in San Pablo and Richmond who are interested in the material and spiritual advancement of our community.
We offer empowerment programs for youth, children, junior youth and families who are interested in their own development and the betterment of their communities. These programs are part of a global training program and movement of communities who take ownership of their own development.
