We are a non-profit organization that operates based on the funds raised from event registrations and sponsorships. Should you cancel your event registration 60 days prior to the event, we will issue a full refund. Attendance canceled between 31-59 days will receive a 50% refund and attendance canceled within 30 days or less are not eligible for a refund. Sponsorships are non-refundable once we start marketing your commitment for the event.
