The development of an Alumni Association was years in the making. While class reunions take place at the direction of class officers, FCTS, like many schools, was interested in knowing where our graduates were, what our graduates were doing, and how FCTS benefited (or not) our student population.
Are our graduates members of local communities? If so, are they in the trades they studied at FCTS? Are our grads active in their area communities? Town meetings? Local politics? What about those who those have moved to far away places around the country. Did FCTS help your start on those travels? Do you have fond memories? Where better to discover the answers of these questions than from an association of alumni.
Hence, the conception of the Alumni Association!
