Midwives do much more than birth care. Midwife literally means with woman. It means having a health care collaborator who honors your unique needs and constitution. Instead of one-size-fits-all solutions, midwives strive to meet you where you are, and to be with you on your journey. Traditionally midwives have been guardians of the sacred process of birth, but today midwives are also safe-keepers of your health and life journey.
I work with women of all ages, teenage through menopause, as well as some men (including trans-men and trans-women). I am also trained in newborn wellness through 6 weeks of age.
My specialty is holistic GYN and Womxn’s health: troubleshooting chronic and acute issues with both pharmaceutical options and nutritional, lifestyle, herbal, whole-body strategies. I respect your body as it is, and would love to help you enjoy your journey within it!
