We are very proud of our team and all those who support us in our endeavors into the wacky, wild, wonderful, world of competitive Barbeque. We are looking forward to getting back to basics in for the 2017 season. At this time we are looking at sticking with five contests, even though we may add one or two along the way.
As for getting back to the basics for 2017, I have decided to pare down the team and make it a family affair - in other words just my wife and myself and possibly my brother in rare instances. I am still associated with Kookers Kare, a great volunteer organization that supports local food pantries.
