The argument in favor of using to filler text goes something is that anybody can do it.
Tenant placement (sourcing, background screening, financials, escalation management, leasing negotiation), Maintenance & Inspections (issue reporting for tenants, repairs contracting, move-in and move-out inspections), and Accounting (quarterly statements, tax statements).
We have our own rentals and via that experience know first-hand what landlords need. We think like a landlord because we are one (well, many). Decisions are made on your behalf just like they would be for our own properties.
