Am I eligible under the new HARP program?
In order to be eligible for HARP 2.0 refinance program:
1. Your loan must be backed by Fannue mae or Freddie Mac. 2. Your mortgage must be paid on-time for the previous six months. 3. Your current mortgage must have a "closed date" prior to June1, 2009 If you meet this criteria, you may be HARP-eligible.
