For over mid-1990s through 2008, our supplier (UCSA) and it's dealer network worked tirelessly to register people to receive free electricity on their homes. Our objective was to sign up 1.6 million households and then we would release the free electricity technology. For reasons explained in the Status Update page, we are no longer working to register househoulds.
