CURRICULUM VITAE
I am a PhD student studying Organizational Behavior at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to joining Foster, I earned an MSc in Human Resources and Organizations (emphasis in Organizational Behavior) from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
My research interests focus on exploring how societal and cultural norms affect people’s behavior at work, team processes and dynamics in multicultural and multinational work teams, and how multicultural experiences affect individuals’ psychology and work outcomes.
