Like many executives of fast growing companies, Bob is busier than ever! IT issues he used to manage, he can no longer handle on his own and now Bob is faced with the worst IT Disaster. His servers have been encrypted with Ransomware, old technology has failed, all of his data was lost, and no one in the company can restore backups.
