Joshua Roberts is a guitarist, bassist, singer, and songwriter from Houston, Texas. The Scottish born Texan started his musical studies in junior high school, and eventually went on to earn a college degree in commercial music and audio technology. He has been performing live since he was a teenager, initially making his mark on the Texas music scene with his first band Willis Brownstone, an alternative rock jam-band from Waco, Texas. 2007 was also the year that Roberts released his first s olo record, a jazz and Americana infused, 12 song album titled Concede . Unfortunately, in January of 2008 Joshua severly injured his left hand during a stage set up. After two surgeries, he was left barely able to play guitar and had a long road of rehab ahead.
