Lighthouse was established to help people identify and remove obstacles to optimal mental health. We will work with clients to explore thoughts and feelings (origins of which are often hidden beneath the surface) and chart a course for emotional well-being. Many times the difference between wellness and disturbance is having the right map, the right tools to interpret the map, and a vision in the distance of the journey’s end.
