Patricia Lofman, lovingly known as Tricia, passed away on November 29th of 2020. A longtime resident of Miami, Florida, Tricia was born 66 years ago at Scott Air Force Base, in Belleville, Illinois to Elmer and Juanita Seitzler. She grew up in Big Spring, Texas where she met her husband, Scott, who was going through pilot training at Webb Air Force Base.
