Per Ohio Revised Code (3313.60)- Erin's Law, requires each school district in Ohio (Ohio became the 38th state in the nation to enact this law) to provide developmentally appropriate instruction in child sexual abuse prevention for grades K-6 and developmentally appropriate instruction in sexual violence prevention education for grades 7-12.
