RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept item returns or exchanges within 5 days of pick-up date or UPS delivery date. For returns, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) only after each item is received at our studio in Rhode Island in its original condition. For exchanges, we can swap your item for any in-stock item. We do not refund shipping fees for returned or exchanged items.
