There will be no doubt about how much commission Stuart will be making. For various reasons New Home Builders sometimes pay more than 3% compensation to Texas Real Estate Agents. Stuart will always give back to his Buyers a minimum of 84% of ALL cash commissions paid by the Builder. For example: if Stuart receives a 4% commission then the Buyer's Rebate will be 3.36%.
