NORCAN is a dynamic and growing network of law enforcement crime analysts, intelligence analysts, private sector analysts, commissioned officers, academics, and other professionals performing tasks related to crime analysis. We originated out of a multi-agency recognition of the need for a formal, professional resource to crime analysts in the Northwest and have since grown into a multi-state network.
