North Bay is a scenic residential community located in eastern Racine County, Wisconsin along Lake Michigan. With 97 homes and a population just under 210, North Bay offers a high quality of life in a peaceful setting.
North Bay is governed by an elected six-member Executive Board, comprised of a village president, clerk, treasurer and three trustees. Board members are elected to staggered, two-year terms. The Board holds regular meetings on the second Monday of each month at the Village Hall (3615 Hennepin Place). All meetings are open to the public.
