Jim Grose, principal, has been in the real estate development and construction business since the early 1970’s. Besides multi-family apartment communities, Jim has developed office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, and company manufacturing and office facilities for Hunt Properties, Frito-Lay, Pepsico Foods International both domestic and internationally.
