Our pack is chartered by the Beth Israel Congregation's Brotherhood in Owings Mills, Maryland, and are members of the Arrowhead District of the Baltimore Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Pack 971 has a great program for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grades and welcomes all families in the area who are interested in joining Cub Scouting.
