Paradise Park is a 55+ Land-Owned Condominium community. Each unit or lot is individually owned and includes an equal share of all recreational facilities, utility plants and all common areas. Airstream and all Class A Motor Homes, with RVIA Seal, are accepted in Paradise Park as owners and renters. lots are equipped with all standard hookups for utilities such as sewer, water and electricity.
