Exchanges or Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns must be received within 7 days without damage or signs of wear, in original packaging with invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item and include the order number, reason for return and if you prefer an exchange or refund. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
For International orders, we will provide detailed documentation of the jewelry you ordered. Our ship fee does not include additional import, customs and tariff fees. These fees are solely responsible to that of the customer.
