We are located on the crest of Copper Ridge north of Knoxville with a view of the Smoky and Cumberland mountains. Elevations within the city limits of Knoxville range from 800 - 1000 feet. Our elevation peaks at 1360 feet, which sometimes gives us a different weather forecast than the city.
Rhodes Hill subdivision consists of 51 lots of varying sizes. Single story homes have a minimum of 1800 square feet heated, while two story homes are a minimum of 2300 square feet heated. There are currently homes being built, completed, or occupied on all but 3 lots in the subdivision.
Covenants and restrictions limit the construction of homes to one and two story conventionally constructed permanent dwellings with fully enclosed attached two car garages. No temporary or moveable structures of any kind are permitted. Foundation walls must be veneered with brick or stone masonry. More information can be found here .
