Ridgewood is located in the Town of Plover. The Town of Plover encompasses 26,000 acres and represents 40.6 square miles with a population that hovers just over 1700. The Town is especially beautiful as it rests peacefully along the Wisconsin River. The Town is a unique township at the crossroads of major highways with hotels, shops, restaurants and parks. The Town has opened all town roads to ATV's. Golf Carts and ATV's are enjoyed by many Ridgewood seasonal campers.

The Sandbar is a unique and one-of-a-kind double-decker riverboat with seating for up to 35 people. The full bar serves serves Icy Innovations and The Sandbar Classics such as Pirate Punch, River Water and Painkillers and a full array of rotating premium, domestic and local Wisconsin beers. The Sandbar cruises the Biron Flowage on Saturdays and Sundays during season and is also available for private events.
