Ross-Richter.com, LLC was founded in 1995 and, at that time specialized in the placement of Orthopedic Surgeons and PM&R Doctors. Due to our client needs we later expanded to include the placement of Orthopedic Physician Assistant's and Nurse Practitioners. Working closely with Orthopedic Surgeons, we are very effective in assisting the Surgeons to realize the value of hiring a PA.
