We will have "mingling" with a luncheon sandwich bar with hosted beer/wine and sodas from Noon to about 2:00 pm, a program from roughly 1:00 to 2:00 pm and mingling again until 3:00 pm, when they must begin setting up for another function.
The tent can handle around 200 or so people, but it is not a limitless space, so to ensure that we have enough room and arrange sufficient seating and food, we humbly ask that you let us know by January 10th if you plan to attend.
