You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned as recieved, in original packaging. It is essential you keep the packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. As many of our products are made from natural wood, we can not account for variations in grain, knots, color, and any other natural markings. We do not accept returns
