A Wyoming artist, Tom Lucas, has dedicated the past forty years engaging in his pursuit of painting distinctive western art. Tom Lucas was recently accepted as an Associated Member of the Oil Painters of America based in Illinois. His biggest influences have been Charlie Russell, Carl Rungius, Bob Kuhn, Ken Carlson, Nicolas Fechin, and David Leffell, to name a few.
