TRANSPAC (Transportation Partnership and Cooperation) is the Regional Transportation Planning Committee (RTPC) for Central Contra Costa. It is composed of elected representatives, planning commissioners and technical staff from the six Central Contra Costa jurisdictions including the cities of Clayton, Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and the unincorporated area of Central Contra Costa County. TRANSPAC usually meets the second Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meets every last Thursday at 9:00 a.m. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings will be held via video/phone conference.
