As VP of the Field, I will seamlessly continue the work of outgoing Field VP Lorna Prosper-Harley, by listening to members of the field, including our examiners, attorneys, analysts, administrative employees and others in the field. In addition, I will have ongoing meetings with the Chief Steward and union stewards to ensure that I hear every concern and issue that the field has and look for patterns of practice to ensure that all employees are treated appropriately and consistently by management. I have worked 28 plus years in the financial industry, including 18 as a Compliance and/or Safety and Soundness examiner at Federal agencies. I worked at the FDIC and OTS prior to joining the CFPB in early 2012. I have my CRCM certification and am a graduate of the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking and am currently designated as a Fair Lending Specialist at the Bureau.
