Description: USA Tour is a month-long tour across the USA offered each summer to Rotary Youth Exchange students.
Refund Policy if the Student Cancels
You can cancel your participation at any time via email to USA Tours LLC . If you cancel prior to March 15th an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit. If you cancel after March 15th of the tour year, the $2,000 deposit is forfeited. All refunds will be returned via US check directly to the student unless other arrangements are discussed with the tour director at the time of cancelation.
