Parking Regulation According to the Code of the Village of Tully, Article III, § 103-5… the parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways and streets within the village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 of each year to April 1 of the following year.
