Better Diversification for Early Stage Investors
VIP Capital is launching a new family of micro seed funds called “Venture Investment Portfolios” that will each invest in up to 20 high potential startups all in a specific industry sector, chosen from companies across the country.
VIP Funds are closed-end “micro-funds” that are being offered for a minimum investment of $50,000 under Rule 506(c) which allows for general solicitation to accredited investors only. Early-stage investing is inherently risky including the potential for a total loss.
