CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund requests/cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations and requests for refund received more than 14 days prior to the event will be refunded 90% of the registration paid. Cancellations and requests for refund received 14 days or less prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the registration paid. In the event that the Vermont Speech-Language Hearing Association must cancel the event, registrants will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible following cancellation, and
