Winston-Dillard Water District was established in 1948. WDWD serves approximately 2,500 connections and 8,300 residents. Our main water source is the South Umpqua River. Utilizing 5 water reservoirs totaling 2.75 million gallons, 128 miles of water pipelines. Our mission is to provide safe and reliable municipal services to the community.
