People of all ages can learn to windsurf
Jeff Adamski has been sailing and teaching for many years in the Minneapolis / Saint Paul, Minnesota area. In the photo on the left, the 8 year old child had about 5 minutes of instruction when he went out with Jeff for the first time. With Jeffs instruction, he was able to go out and back, tacking on his own for the first time ever.
